At the end of the most recent season, Christine apparently signaled that she was done with Flagstaff, and with her marriage to Kody. Kody then made a land grab in Coyote Pass, outside Flagstaff, with the idea that the unconventional family would relocate there. In the meantime, the women scattered to find housing while construction got under way .

Fans of the TLC reality show “Sister Wives” have an intense interest in the stars’ real estate dealings. As real estate drama has unfolded on the show, we’ve seen an uptick in views on our previous reporting about the wives’ living situations. A must see, large manufactured home backing forest and an undeveloped 74 acre parcel. 4 bedrooms, 3 bath home with huge kitchen & living room, skylight, woodstove, split floor plan and vaulted ceilings.

Parks near Brown Bear Rd include National Park Service, Walnut Canyon National Monument, and Flagstaff KOA Holiday. Fans even dubbed Christine a “single mother,” as Kody wasn’t photographed for their daughters’ first day of school in 2020 or for family outings. The Sun previously reported, Kody, 52, sold Christine the home they bought in September 2018 for $520,000. The home has brick detailing all throughout, including in one of the bedrooms. The upstairs family room has a large stone fireplace and a bar. Kody's third wife initially listed the home for $725,000 on August 5, according to Realtor.
After shifting out of Las Vegas, Kody and Robyn purchased their five-bedroom and four-bathroom house in Flagstaff, Arizona. This 4,400-square-foot cabin is surrounded by timber and has breathtaking views of the realm’s mountain ranges. The home, in-built 2007, sits on a ridge on a “heavily-treed four acres,” in line with the itemizing.

The second floor would feature bedrooms, and part of it would be open to common areas below. Scroll down to see the floor plan for his one house idea amid Kody and Christine’s split. Robyn Brown, will reconsider the notion amid their delayed building plans on Coyote Pass. Outside, the wraparound deck showcases the views, which you can enjoy from the large hot tub. But in a sign that change is afoot, Christine is turning around and letting the place go.

Property records indicate that Kody has made several land grabs with his different “wives” in Flagstaff two years ago. In Sister Wives Season 17, Janelle’s landlord sells the modest one-story “fixer-upper” she’s at present renting. She’s determined that she’s going to purchase a trailer and transfer onto the Coyote Cross property to save cash and hopefully begin constructing her dream house. But when Kody and her sister wives shut down the idea, Christine was brought to tears and admitted she “can't do marriage with Kody anymore,” as she “doesn’t matter” to him.

As far as the Inn's website is concerned, the B&B is still alive and well. Guests have the opportunity to stay in one of four rooms there, and Meri’s mom, Bonnie, is reportedly in charge of operations. So even though Meri isn't physically present for the day-to-day business of Lizzie's Heritage Inn, she is still very much the owner. A December Instagram post from Meri even celebrated the B&B's second anniversary. Fans thought the decision seemed odd, considering Meri has three other sister wives she could have temporarily moved in with until another home opened up.

Despite his wish to proceed, not every wife was excited by the prospect of living all together again. While the filming of the most recent season took place in 2020, Christine’s move to sell her place suggests that a change is in the works. As mentioned on Sister Wives, Janelle and Meri had been renting their properties in Flagstaff. Christine owned her house, however since her separation from Kody, she has bought it to maneuver to her new $1.1 million duplex in Murray, Utah.

In Season 13, Kody seemed set on persuading everyone to live under one roof, and even had plans drawn up to show what that could look like. Kody purchased another Coyote Pass lot with Christine for $300,000 in 2018. The 5.16-acre space boasts “privacy and serenity,” as well as “breathtaking views.” It’s said to be a perfect location for a home tucked into the dense Ponderosa Pines.
For instance, when one follower asked, “Are your houses built? Christine Brown shared photos from her home in Flagstaff, Arizona on Instagram, and had fans wondering in the comments whether the Sister Wives family was living all together in their new state or not. #snow #springsnow #soexcitedtousemysnowblower #snowblower,” Christine wrote. TBH, we wouldn’t be quite that excited about snow in May, but to each their own.
The interior of the home is spacious and welcoming, with enough room to host Brown family meetings, as Sister Wives viewers have seen on the show. On the show, she moved her important belongings out of the house, as she was on a pre-evacuation notice. On Sister Wives, Meri was forced to move into her current Arizona home after the landlord for her previous house kicked her out because neighbors complained about her polygamous lifestyle.
Robyn may be in no rush to leave the plush five-bedroom residence on 4 acres that she and Kody bought for $890,000. Meanwhile, the other sister wives had reportedly remained in rentals. While there’s talk that Christine may have decided to buy, we have no indication she’s purchased a home of her own, yet. An upper-level family room has a gas fireplace, views of the peaks, a bar, and a full bathroom.
